We wanted to make a drink that could be drunk for any occasion, slightly sweet, slightly sour could be enjoyed on it’s own or mixed into a cocktail. We started with our 100% corn White Dog and added a frankly decadent amount of Sicilian lemons to create this our Lemon Bite.
